Lesson 2-Zero Cost System To 10X Free Time
In LESSON 1, you learned the most effective marketing strategy to validate all of your business ideas to generate income.
I showed you that top trainers use it.
Amazon uses it.
Apple.
Microsoft too.
The top coaches and these big companies also have an important ratio to maintain in order for their business grow and thrive.
It would be a shame to build a training or coaching business....
....only to not have it be sustainable because you didn’t bake this critical ratio into your business.
The ratio is this- Time Spent : Money Earned.
You can take the strategy in LESSON 1, build a wildly successful business....
...yet lose all of your time running this business that you thought would open up freedom....
...simply because you didn’t respect this ratio of Time Spent : Money Earned.
Yes, more income will give you more options.
So long as you have SYSTEMS in place.
Systems ensure much more time and efficiency.
Examples are:
Systems that channel clients (called marketing cycles).
Systems that manage programs.
Systems that handle customer service.
Systems that create MORE free time.
Even systems that bring you clients and customers.
This is called Operational Work Flow.
Here’s an example of an Operational Work Flow that generates passive income.
STEP 1: New Client agrees to work with you.
STEP 2: You email over a contract for them to sign.
STEP 3: The contract also has links for them to purchase all the equipment you want them to have (TIME SAVER).
STEP 4: Once they sign the contract, you set up an automated response filter beforehand in your email that sends them back the following:
-Overview of your standards, policies, and procedures.
-Billing/payment link to set up recurring income.
-And their Program Overview.
All you had to do was send ONE email.
Not 4 emails.
Plus, we also taught you how to create passive income from the equipment you wanted them to buy listed in your contract (affiliate income).
The other part of making sure the source of income doesn’t eat your time is establishing two types of communication:
1. Synchronous
2. Asynchronous.
Synchronous communication is direct, 1-1 communication with either 1 person live or many people live.
Asynchronous communication is indirect, meaning you aren’t talking to them in real-time.
Leveraging the Asynchronous communication model will make sure that you don’t lose your time.
Some trainers believe they want to start training people online. If nothing else, it can be a great supplement to their in-person training business.
The biggest mistake trainers make when building a business online is they think they automatically have more time since they aren’t working in a gym.
This is such an Illusion.
You have to set hours that you will work ON the business and work IN the business.
If you do this right...
...then you will guarantee yourself as much free time as you want.
Maybe one day you can have the whole business running on autopilot online.
The key to any successful business is to make sure you put in time to work ON the business....
...and not constantly IN the business.
LESSON ACTION STEPS:
STEP 1. Start planing how you want your business to run. Do you want to work in the AM or PM, 2 days per week, work from home, in a gym, outdoors, partly online, only online?
STEP 2. Next, what are the steps you will put in place to make sure the business runs this way?
For example, I make sure that I only work with clients on Monday, Thursday and Friday.
I set up my calendar to reflect this, so clients know they can only book on those days.
On the other days, I set aside time to create content, work on my new book, and most importantly- have plenty of time for training and family.
STEP 3: Write these systems or work flows out so you can tune and optimize them, literally adding more time back into your day.
After working with over hundreds of trainers and coaches both in club and online, I know first hand that they aren’t good with admin and systems....
The feedback I get is they are really bad.
But, that’s why you signed up for this mini course.
