Lesson 3- Create Unlimited Income Options
Having your own business or at least adopting the entrepreneur mindset gives you many, many options.
Here are some business model options:
These models range from hybrid models.
(Part in-person, part online clients).
And there are models that are VERY low maintenance, where you can simply oversee the operations.
And just work on expanding.
In this LESSON, I’m going to cover many different types.
So you have a full menu of options to suit your style.
Because with business models, you are only limited by your imagination.
Here’s a story about a unique business model, in the food space.
It’s not an online business, but it’s a model you can copy.
And, it shows the power of creating your own business model.
In New York City, there are many Italian restaurants.
They are all very, very good.
But then, in a small space in Tribeca, there is one particular Italian restaurant.
There is no sign on the front.
There are no lights advertising it.
Even valet is just a guy wearing an Adidas jumpsuit.
Nothing fancy.
However, on any given night, you will find top celebrities, famous politicians, and famous athletes eating there.
There is no menu.
There are no specials.
You simply tell them what you want to eat, and the kitchen will make it for you....
....within reason.
Then, after dinner, the waiter invites you to the kitchen, you pay for the bill in cash.
*This is not even the creativity in their business model.*
They charge for times slots....on recurring membership!
You pay each month, on contract, for Monday nights at 6PM.
Or Tuesday at 7pm....
..whichever time slot is open.
It’s rare that one is available for purchase.
AND if you don’t have a time slot, you can’t eat there.
You could borrow a time slot......
If you know the person who owns it.
So far, this model is an exclusive offering, with a cash only revenue stream....
.....and a recurring revenue model to increase demand and customer loyalty.
But, there’s more.
They also sell their marinara sauces all over the U.S in every major grocery story.
So, to recap this business model:
cash only restaurant + recurring revenue membership + national distribution sales for added brand marketing.
Represented simply as an off-the-street, nothing fancy location in the big and bright New York City.
So as you can see, you are only limited by your imagination.
You could follow this model above, but for your training:
-Offer in-person sessions on a monthly retainer.
-Create a program that you mass market distribute to advertise your brand.
-Have online services that support clients outside of your training sessions, and have that also be a membership model.
Here are most common training models:
1. Hybrid Model- you work with clients in person and online.
2. Online only- you have a more self-sufficient client wanting less supervision.
3. Online membership- you create content and people pay for it.
4. Online or in-person group classes.
And 5- Create an online course!
This is the model you’re enrolled in right now.
And next week, I will share all the business models any trainer or coach can use...
...which is taught and trained in the NCEP Trainer Certifications.
So you can create stable, recurring income.
Giving you all the options you can imagine for ways to do business.
Plus, in our certification courses, you’ll have access to coaching support.
That way, if you get stuck building your business, we can help you get unstuck....
LESSON ACTION STEPS:
1.) List out how you would like to operate your training or coaching business- hybrid, all online, courses., etc.
2.) Plan out how it would work and wouldn’t work.
3.) Plan out how you will get paid, and add in how you can leverage your skills to create more income.
Leveraging your skills could mean having a nutrition business as well...
...or recovery sessions...
...or training programs...
...or holistic coaching...
...or write a book or an online ebook...
...or online webinars or in-person seminars to teach health topics...
...or paid online newsletters....
...or paid coaching thru text only....
...or ALL of these models.
